Kenneth J. Riley Jr. is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience specializing in digital transformation and customer experience. As the Director of Patient and Population Health Technologies at a large academic health system serving western Massachusetts, he led the strategy for a portfolio serving over 750,000 individuals, implementing CRM platforms and virtual care solutions. His innovation in this space includes securing a U.S. Patent for Care Plan Management, utilizing technology to bridge the gap between health systems and the customer.
Previously, Ken served as Chief Information Officer for a subsidiary of a large academic health system serving central Massachusetts. In this role, he held overall responsibility for IT security and operations, leading the implementation of next-generation medical technologies. His leadership ensured IT governance directly supported the organization's mission during complex mergers and system integrations.
Beyond his operational career, Ken serves as a Trustee for Country Bank, where he sits on the Risk Committee. He utilizes his deep background in systems security and strategy to guide risk management frameworks and corporate governance.
