Ran Mullins
Co-Founder & CEO

Ran Mullins is an entrepreneur, technology executive, and brand builder. He is Co-Founder and CEO of Psympl®, a financial technology company that helps financial institutions understand what motivates their customers and use that understanding to drive measurable action.

Over a career spanning more than 25 years, Mullins has founded, built, and led companies across technology, marketing, and consulting. He founded Metaphor Studio in 1997 and sold the agency in 2009, and later served as CEO of Cleriti and Co-CEO of Globili before founding Relequint in 2015.

Today, Mullins is focused on building Psympl and establishing a new layer of customer understanding for financial services. Psympl combines psychographic research, AI, and consumer data to help banks, credit unions, and wealth management firms move beyond knowing who their customers are to understanding why they act.

Mullins earned a BFA from the Art Academy of Cincinnati and received its Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2011. He has served on the boards of arts and civic organizations, including the Art Academy of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Opera, Cincinnati Preservation Association, and NOoSPHERE Arts. He is also a practicing visual artist.
